📦 Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

🚚 Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, U.S. orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days.

We ship all U.S. orders via USPS, and you’ll automatically receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility.

If you choose Express Shipping, your order will typically arrive in 1–2 business days after it’s been processed.

🇨🇦 Shipping to Canada

Canadian orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on customs. Import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

🔍 Tracking

You’ll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your package’s journey from our hands to yours.

🧭 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We know how frustrating shipping issues can be.
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, reach out to us — we handle these situations case by case and will always do our best to make it right.

If a package is confirmed lost by USPS, we’ll typically send a replacement free of charge.

🚫 Preorders & Backorders

We don’t do preorders or backorders — if it’s on our site, it’s in stock and ready to ship.
