What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Our lifetime warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship: faulty stitching, defective hardware, material flaws, or your band losing its tension or shape due to a defect. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and misuse aren't covered.

How do I know which band size to order for my Garmin or other smartwatch?

Click the "Help Me Choose" link near the product options above to see if your watch is in our sizing database and get a recommended fit.

If your watch isn't listed, check your manufacturer's specifications to find your watch's lug width. If your lug width is 20mm or 22mm, our bands will work perfectly with your watch.

Can I wear my Sport Elastic band in the shower or swimming?

Yes. Sport Elastic is water-resistant and built for active use — workouts, showers, pools, ocean. It quick-dries after exposure.

A few things to know. Chlorinated pool water won't damage it, but rinse with fresh water after for longevity. Saltwater is fine too; rinse after to prevent salt buildup. Hot tubs above 105°F can shorten the elastic's lifespan over time.

The band itself is fully water-rated. Just remember your Apple Watch's water rating is separate — check Apple's guidance for your specific model.
