A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The free entry methods (Methods 2 and 3 below) are equally weighted with purchase entries — each entry, regardless of method, has the same chance of being selected in the drawing. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

I. Sweepstakes Period

The "Braxley LLC Apple Watch Series 11 Monthly Giveaway" (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time on the first day of each calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on the last day of that same calendar month (each a "Promotion Period"). Each Promotion Period is a separate Sweepstakes. Entries do not carry over into subsequent months. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for determining the timing of entries.

II. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Braxley LLC, 8500 Blazyk Drive, Austin, Texas 78737, United States ("Sponsor"). Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of and is not affiliated with this Sweepstakes in any way.

III. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-six (46) United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Michigan, and Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Braxley LLC, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

IV. How to Enter

There are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

Method 1 — Purchase Entry. During the Promotion Period, make a qualifying purchase at braxleybands.com. You will automatically receive one (1) entry for each whole US $1.00 (one US dollar) of your order subtotal — meaning the amount after any discounts or promotional codes are applied, and excluding taxes, shipping charges, and gift card amounts. Partial dollar amounts are rounded down to the nearest whole dollar. Entries are credited automatically at the time the order is placed.

Method 2 — Free Online Entry. During the Promotion Period, visit braxleybands.com/pages/apple-watch-giveaway and complete the sign-up form on that page. Each valid online sign-up will receive one (1) free entry into that month's drawing. Limit one (1) online entry per person and per email address per Promotion Period. Duplicate sign-ups from the same person or email address within a single Promotion Period will be disqualified.

Method 3 — Free Mail-In Entry. During the Promotion Period, hand-print legibly on a 3" × 5" card the following information:

• (a) the words "Braxley Apple Watch Series 11 Giveaway"
• (b) the month and four-digit year of the Promotion Period you are entering (for example, "Entry for: May 2026")
• (c) your full legal name
• (d) your complete mailing address (street, city, state, ZIP)
• (e) your email address
• (f) your date of birth

Place the card in an envelope, affix proper first-class postage, and mail it to:

Each card constitutes one (1) entry into the Promotion Period stated on the card. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of that Promotion Period and received by Sponsor no later than three (3) business days after the end of that Promotion Period to qualify for the drawing. If the month/year stated on the card does not match the postmark date, the postmark date will control and the entry will be assigned to the Promotion Period in which the envelope was postmarked. Cards that omit the month/year, are illegible, are postmarked after the end of the stated Promotion Period, or are received after the receive-by deadline will be disqualified. Limit one (1) entry card per envelope; multiple cards in a single envelope, photocopied cards, or mechanically reproduced cards will be disqualified. There is no fixed limit on the number of separate envelopes an entrant may submit during a Promotion Period; however, envelopes from the same person postmarked on the same calendar day will be treated as a single entry. Each envelope must be hand-addressed by the entrant.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, mutilated, falsified, generated by a script, macro, bot, or other automated means, or that contain printing or other errors will be disqualified. Sponsor's database of received entries will be the official record of all entries received.

V. Validity of Purchase Entries; Refunds, Returns & Chargebacks

Purchase entries (Method 1) are conditional on the qualifying order remaining valid and unrefunded through the date of the drawing and through the conclusion of the winner verification process. If a qualifying order is refunded, returned, charged back, cancelled, or otherwise reversed in whole or in part — at any time before or after the drawing — the corresponding entries from that order will be void and will not be counted toward the drawing. If the selected winner's qualifying purchase is refunded, returned, charged back, or cancelled in whole or in part before the prize is awarded, or within thirty (30) days after the prize is awarded, the winner will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to (a) select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries, or (b) require the disqualified winner to return the prize or pay its Approximate Retail Value. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the validity of any purchase, the eligibility of any entrant, and the identity of any potential winner before awarding the prize. Free entries submitted via Methods 2 and 3 are not affected by this section.

VI. Prize Details

One (1) winner per Promotion Period will receive one (1) Apple Watch Series 11, Aluminum Case, GPS, in winner's choice of 42mm or 46mm case size. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $430.00 USD. Prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically listed herein as being awarded. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each Promotion Period.

VII. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during each Promotion Period. The drawing will occur on or about the tenth (10th) business day of the calendar month immediately following the Promotion Period, conducted by employees or agents of Sponsor. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within two (2) business days after the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification email within five (5) business days of the date the notification is sent and provide any reasonably requested information or documents (including, without limitation, proof of identity and age, mailing address, and an executed Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release where required by law) to claim the prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond within the time period stated, fails to provide requested information, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from among the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address, or telephone number of entrants.

VIII. General Conditions

If technical failures, fraud, hacking, or other issues compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and determine winners from eligible entries received prior to the disruption. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsporting or disruptive manner.

IX. Release & Limitations of Liability

By entering, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Braxley LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and agencies (the "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any loss, injury, damage, cost, or expense arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize. Entrants further agree that Sponsor's liability is limited to the value of the prize and that in no event will Sponsor be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

X. Disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Entrants waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

XI. Privacy

Information submitted by participants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at braxleybands.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, participants consent to Sponsor's collection, usage, and disclosure of their personal information as set forth therein.

XII. Apple Trademark Disclaimer

Apple, the Apple logo, Apple Watch, and Apple Watch Series 11 are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, administrator of, or affiliated with this Sweepstakes in any way. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc.

XIII. Winner List

To obtain the name of the winner of any monthly drawing (available approximately two (2) weeks after the end of the applicable Promotion Period), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Your request must clearly specify the month and four-digit year of the drawing you are requesting (for example, "Winner list for: May 2026"). Requests that do not specify a month and year, or that specify a drawing that has not yet been conducted, cannot be fulfilled. Requests must be received within ninety (90) days after the applicable drawing date.

XIV. Sponsor's Right to Modify

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) at any time without prior notice in the event of force majeure or any other circumstance impacting the integrity or operation of the Sweepstakes.
