We built Braxley Bands to be the most comfortable, durable Apple Watch bands on the planet — and we back that up with a Lifetime Warranty. If your band ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right. That’s our promise. Each band is designed for daily wear and made to last, but if something doesn’t perform the way it should, we’re here for you.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Stitching or seam failures not caused by wear
- Broken or non-functional elastic
- Hardware failure (e.g. adjuster or adapter malfunctions)
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. discoloration, fading, light fraying)
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Improper care (e.g. machine drying on high heat, use of bleach, harsh detergents)
- Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function
- Lost, stolen, or modified bands
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers (e.g. eBay, Facebook Marketplace)
The Fine Print
We reserve the right to deny warranty claims if we believe the claim is fraudulent, if the band was bought from an unauthorized seller, or if the damage falls outside of what’s covered.
If your style is no longer in stock, we’ll provide a replacement in a similar color and style. If no suitable option exists, we’ll work with you to find a replacement of equal value.
Our warranty is automatically included with every purchase — no registration necessary. Just keep your order info handy to speed up the claim process.

Be sure to include a photo of the product and issue. To speed up your claim process, please be sure to include an order number if available. We’ll review your claim and get back to you within 3–5 business days.
